Doing a 1:1 will enable you to talk about what’s going on for you, you will learn and practice mindfulness techniques and do meditations that will help you self heal.
The next step is to practise at home with hints and tips given.
Please be aware when booking a 1:1 it is suggested that a 10 week course will be more beneficial and will help you create that “happiness habit”.
